Catch Rotom
Visit the Old Chateau (Eterna Forest, North-East) at night (9 pm - 3 am) and check the TV (2nd floor, left middle room)
Secret Key
To obtain the Secret Key over Nintendo WFC, you have to do a bit of preparation.
(1) Go talk to the TV producer on the third floor of Jubilive TV in Jubilive City.
(2) Answer his question with words from a list shown below. Then save the game and restart your DS.

(3) If ''Mistery Gift'' appears on the start menu, you have succeeded and select the option. With Mystery Gift, you can receive the Secret Key over Nintendo WFC. Check the Pokémon Platinum Website for more information about distribution availability.
Change Form
When Secret Key obtained, go to the Team Galactic Eterna hideout. If you have already beat Team Galactic go to one of the rooms and use the Secret key between a bookcase and a wall.
A whole new room is now available. In this room, you can change Rotom to Fan Rotom, Frost Rotom, Heat Rotom, Mow Rotom, and Wash Rotom.
